Lie on your back, legs long, arms long. Choose two distant joints — say right ankle and left shoulder — and oscillate them at slightly different frequencies, treating them as two coupled pendulums on a shared frame (the trunk). Feel the transfer — the moment the ankle's amplitude shrinks while the shoulder's grows for no reason you initiated. Mark where in the torso the energy seems to cross.
