Hip-Locked Quadruped Reconstruction

Quadruped, then lower onto forearms.

Full Lesson Notes

Complete Practice

Quadruped, then lower onto forearms. Initiate a slow rocking forward and back along the line from knees to elbows. Deliberately corrupt one channel — lock the hips at a fixed angle — and continue the rocking at the same amplitude using only the other two channels. Feel which combination of shoulder and spine reconstructs the original signal cleanly, and which combinations introduce a visible wobble. The redundancy structure is not symmetric.
