Full Lesson Notes

Complete Practice

Lie supine with held tension distributed across jaw, shoulders, and pelvis. Choose a sequence — say jaw, then shoulders, then pelvis — and release each region in turn with a half-minute gap. Lie still for two minutes after the last release. Then repeat the experiment on another day with the reverse order. The perception task across the two attempts is to identify which sequence leaves a smoother residual oscillation across the whole torso and which leaves a ragged one.
