Foot-to-Skull Resonance Sweep
Lie supine, soles of feet on the floor, knees up. Find this resonance peak, name its frequency by counting, and then nudge slightly above and below to map how sharp the peak is — its Q.

Complete Practice
Lie supine, soles of feet on the floor, knees up. Press the feet rhythmically into the floor — no lifting, just pressure modulation — and sweep slowly through a range of frequencies from very slow (one cycle every four seconds) to faster (two cycles per second). Somewhere in that sweep your head will start to nod on its own with disproportionate amplitude. Find this resonance peak, name its frequency by counting, and then nudge slightly above and below to map how sharp the peak is — its Q. Challenge: The skull response may be dominated by neck reflexes rather than passive mechanical resonance, and the practitioner may not disambiguate them.
